విధులకు హాజరునకాని రాష్ట్ర మంత్రులు జూలై నెల జీతాలు పుచ్చుకున్నారా? ఇది తేలాల్సి ఉన్నది. నెల రోజులగా సచివాలయంలోని తమ తమ కార్యాలయాలకు హాజరుకాని మంత్రులు జీతాలు ఎలా పుచ్చుకుంటారు? వాళ్ళలో ఎవరైనా మంత్రి పదవితో పాటు వచ్చే హోదా,భోగాలు వదులుకున్నారా? వారికి తాము చెప్పే మాటలపట్ల ఎంత నిబద్దత ఉంది? తామేమి కోల్పోకూడదు అన్నట్టుగా ప్రవర్తిస్తున్న వారు అసలు రాజీనామాలు, విధుల బహిష్కరణ ఎందుకు చేసినట్టు?
It's ''no work, full pay'' for many ministers of Andhra Pradesh.Despite staying away from official duties since July 4, demanding creation of Telangana state, 12 ministers from the region drew their full salary and other perks for the month today. "We have dispatched the pay cheques today to all ministers," a senior official of the General Administration Department said. "They may not be attending work but technically they continue to be ministers. They did not quit their posts nor were they removed. Hence, their salaries can''t be stopped," the official pointed out.On July 4, 11 out of 15 ministers from Telangana submitted their resignations only from the membership of the state Assembly but did not quit their cabinet positions.Another minister put in his papers the next day.Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar rejected their resignations on July 23. All of them, however, had been staying away from official duties though they continue to move around in official vehicles with the blue beacons and full security contingent since they "technically" remain "ministers".
